Welcome to my website that was originally created as "a stay-in-touch space" for my family and friends at home as well as around the world during my stay in Australia.
I studied at Macquarie Uni in Sydney as a participant in the International Exchange Programme. I studied, worked, travelled and explored...
It was amazing lifetime experience, full of advanture and fun, and I am very greatful I could share it with
my partner Martin and others. Shared joy is double joy...

"To get a taste of Australia means to have a yummy cocktail of British
convention and American consumption (welfare) in Australia's cities
but there is no other culinary experience like offered in Outback..."
Australia is an open and "free-minded" country. No confines, no pressure,
no narrowness. It is an immense land with open sky above where you can
feel absolutely free.
I was fascinated by Australia's biodiversity and harmony of contrasts. People
live in close touch with nature even in big cities. A picture of Australia from
outside as of a dangerous country where every other thing is venomous is
very much distorted. No Aussie is really afraid of poisonous animals; we/they
are simply a part of their/our world...
Due to isolation of Australia from other land masses for a substantial part
of evolution, more than 80% of species of plants and animals living there
are endemic. It is a true paradisal (botanic) garden. Not only on the ground,
but also under water surrounding the continent.
As you can see I love watching the world through lens of my camera, so you
can taste Australia via my pictures. I am happy to share my experience.
Unfortunately, I did not have chance to explore it all. However, after seven
years (since acceptance to university) of longing for a visit to the country
"down under" I brought it off. As a student and a traveller.
I explored south-east and south coasts and the Red Centre (six out of seven
provinces and territories, missed only Western Australia). Still, I am ready
to go back to fill in what is missing in my album. Perhaps, soon...
Enjoy my web!
